What happens before we manufacture your part?

How should I choose a process or material?

Start with the intended use, visible surfaces, assembly interfaces and quantity. We review your requirements before recommending a process or material.

How do I send drawings and CAD files?

Upload one STEP, STP, STL or PDF file up to 50 MB in the online quote form. Include units, revision and critical dimensions. For other formats, email ray@hy3dprint.com and include your quote reference.

Is a reference price the final price?

Every request needs engineer review. Manufacturing scope, finishing, inspection and shipping are confirmed in the final quotation.

Can a sample photo prove a material or tolerance?

Our sample photos illustrate geometry and appearance. Material grade, dimensions and performance for your order need separate confirmation.

What should I specify about finishing?

Mark visible and mating surfaces, desired color and transparency. Tell us whether painting, polishing or assembly is needed; scope and pricing are reviewed separately.

How are delivery and shipping agreed?

Provide the destination country and preferred date. Production timing, packing and shipping are agreed after reviewing the files and requirements.
