Resin sample showcase

Resin Sample Collection

Not every prototype has the same job. Some need to communicate an overall shape, others a fine surface detail or a transparent effect. This selection shows those different visual requirements together, from white sculptural models to a clear display piece.

A closer look at the details

White forms, readable detail

The white samples include a large shell-like form, open-pattern baskets and sculptural pieces. Their silhouettes, recesses and raised details offer useful references for an appearance-model brief. State which details matter at the final display size rather than relying on a close-up image alone.

Transparency is part of the brief

The clear character piece illustrates a transparent visual effect. For a cover or display component, identify the areas that need to be seen through and provide a finish reference. We review the requested clarity and any finishing work with the geometry before confirming the scope.

Plan the presentation as well as the part

For sculptural or large-format work, include the overall dimensions, viewing distance, visible faces and how the model will be handled or displayed. If the design includes several pieces, identify the assembly boundaries and areas where a join would affect the appearance.

Give the model a clear review objective

White resin models can support discussions about shape and detail; transparent visual components can help communicate a different appearance requirement. Begin a similar project by choosing what the model needs to show, then agree on the surface reference and sample-approval method. If the same part must also withstand heat, carry a load or meet a measured optical requirement, include that separately. A presentation sample is not evidence that a material meets those performance requirements. Your quotation should distinguish printing, finishing and any modeling or assembly work.

The board illustrates appearance possibilities. It does not establish an optical grade, measured accuracy, material certification or maximum one-piece build size.
