Nylon sample showcase
Nylon Sample Collection
An enclosure is more than its outer shape. Openings, internal ribs, mounting points and mating edges all need attention when a design becomes a physical part. This sample selection brings those details into view, alongside curved shells and perforated panels.

A closer look at the details
Housings with a purpose
The collection includes open boxes, covers and curved forms with holes and internal features. For a similar enclosure, identify the components it must contain and the faces that connect to other parts. An assembly drawing is more useful than the exterior shape alone.
Surfaces you can specify
The close-up plate shows a matte, textured appearance around openings and recessed holes. Use it as a visual reference when discussing finish. If a surface must seal, slide or remain visible after assembly, mark that requirement separately on the drawing.
Threads need a mating reference
The threaded examples show another type of functional geometry. For your own design, provide the thread designation, mating-part details and intended use. Do not infer a thread fit, load capacity or dimensional tolerance from an image.

For a similar project
From an enclosure concept to an assembly review
A useful next step for a similar project is to agree on what the sample needs to demonstrate: exterior appearance, component clearance, assembly access or a defined functional check. HY3D Print offers PA11 and PA12 nylon services, with black, white and specialty options reviewed for each application. The exact grade and finishing route are selected from your requirements, not the color of a gallery sample. If the sample is intended to lead to repeat orders, include both the initial and expected batch quantities in the brief.
These are geometry and appearance references, not a record of a tested customer assembly. Material grade, dimensions and acceptance criteria must be confirmed for your order.
