Material grade, color, surface texture, wall sections and cosmetic surfaces should be discussed with the tooling plan. For an existing mold, compatibility and condition must be reviewed before acceptance. Order quantity, machine suitability, inspection and packaging are confirmed for each project; no universal minimum order or cycle time is assumed.
Provide the CAD model, drawing, resin grade, color, order quantity and finish reference. State whether you need a new mold or have existing tooling. Include the delivery country, desired timing and any required testing or inspection documentation.

Before you order
Yes. We can review a new mold and injection molding together from your part design. Tooling scope, sample approval and production requirements are agreed before work starts.
Send the mold specifications, photographs, condition and part information for review. We need to confirm compatibility and any preparation work before accepting it for production.
