HY3D Print provides FDM 3D printing for prototypes, fixtures and small batches. All our 3D printers are company-owned, covering FDM, resin, nylon and metal printing at our Dongguan factory. Material, part orientation and finishing are reviewed for each project.

Applications
FDM builds parts layer by layer from thermoplastic filament. PLA is our listed starting point for FDM prototypes. Layer direction, supports and wall thickness affect strength and surface finish. Tell us how the part will be used so we can confirm material suitability and the printing approach.
Send STEP, STP or STL files, part dimensions, quantity, intended use, material preference and finish requirements. Mark critical dimensions and include the destination country and requested delivery date.

Start with the intended test: shape, assembly, loading or repeated use. For an FDM quotation, identify acceptable layer lines and surfaces affected by supports. If you are comparing nylon printing, specify the same dimensions, material requirements and quantity. Ask for a sample evaluation rather than assuming two processes will deliver equivalent properties.

Yes. All our 3D printers are company-owned, including FDM, resin, nylon and metal printers, at our 13,900 m² factory in Dongguan. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment. Production scheduling and delivery timing are confirmed after reviewing your files and quantity.
Yes. Our printer fleet supports batch printing as well as prototypes. Material, geometry, quantity and finishing requirements determine the production plan and quotation.
