Bring your part design into a real machining workflow. HY3D Print offers CNC machining for prototypes and production parts, alongside 3D printing and mold making. Our team reviews the drawing, material and quantity before recommending how to manufacture your part.

Material and design considerations
Specify the material grade, critical dimensions, threads and surface requirements. Tool access, internal corners and thin features can affect the machining approach. Tolerances, available materials and any finishing work are confirmed after a drawing review; the workshop photograph is not a specification for your part.
What to include in your quote request
Send STEP or STP files and a dimensioned 2D drawing, material grade, quantity, finish and delivery country. Identify critical dimensions and the inspection records you need. If the material is undecided, describe the part's intended use.
Send your files to ray@hy3dprint.com and include your destination country. Production timing and shipping are confirmed with your quotation.
Ordering from the US or Europe
Parts are manufactured in Dongguan, China, not at a local US or European facility. Send your delivery country and postal code with the CAD revision, quantity and target arrival date. Identify drawing units explicitly: millimeters or inches.
Request a quotation that separates parts, finishing, tooling where applicable, and freight. Confirm who handles import clearance and any duties or taxes before ordering. Production time and transit time are separate; neither is guaranteed before review.
Agree on the sample before the batch
Mark critical dimensions, mating surfaces and cosmetic requirements on a drawing. Ask us to confirm the available material documentation, inspection records and sample approval method before production. Tell us about any confidentiality agreement before sending sensitive design files.
For regulated or safety-critical applications, identify the required certifications and tests first. A workshop photo or sample image is not evidence of certification or suitability for that application.

Common questions
Can you help choose between CNC machining and 3D printing?
Yes. Send the geometry, intended use, material requirements and quantity. We can discuss the two processes and confirm the proposed route in your quotation.
What affects the cost of CNC machining?
Material, geometry, quantity, critical tolerances, finishing and inspection all affect the project scope. Send the CAD model and dimensioned drawing so these requirements can be reviewed together. Compare quotations against the same revision and acceptance criteria.
