Plan tooling around the product you need to make. HY3D Print offers mold making and injection molding, allowing your part design, tooling requirements and production plans to be reviewed together before manufacturing begins.
New molds for a defined part design and molding material
Tooling projects with agreed sampling and approval steps
Mold making coordinated with injection molding production
Material and design considerations
Share the intended molding material, appearance requirements, expected quantities and any assembly interfaces. Tooling material, cavity arrangement, parting lines, sampling scope and maintenance expectations need project-specific review. Mold life and production timing are agreed in the quotation, not inferred from equipment photos.
What to include in your quote request
Send the 3D part model, 2D drawing, material grade, expected order quantities and finish references. Tell us whether the mold will be used for production at HY3D Print or delivered elsewhere, and include any tooling standards or sample approval requirements.
Send your files to ray@hy3dprint.com and include your destination country. Production timing and shipping are confirmed with your quotation.

Common questions
Can mold making and injection molding be quoted together?
Yes. Share both the tooling brief and expected production quantities. We can review the scope together and identify tooling, sampling and production requirements in the quotation.
What needs to be agreed before mold production starts?
The part design, intended material, tooling scope, sampling criteria and commercial terms should be confirmed. Any design changes after approval need a further review of cost and timing.
